**Job Overview:**

Husker Properties operates 5 convenience stores in western SD and eastern WY. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our properties and equipment to ensure that our facilities are in optimal condition.

**Duties:**

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment

- Perform preventative maintenance tasks

- Troubleshoot issues with equipment

- Repair and maintain fuel dispensers, hoses, and nozzles

- Maintain the lawns and keep parking lots/sidewalks clean

- Maintain inventory of parts and supplies

**Requirements and Preferences:**

- Strong organizational skills to coordinate maintenance tasks effectively

- Experience in facilities maintenance

- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment

-Having an eye for detail and showing initiative

- Ability to walk, stand, and crouch for extended periods of time; ability to lift at least 50 pounds; ability to climb small ladders and maintain a safe working environment

- Proficiency in English for effective communication

- Capability to maintain accurate maintenance records
